    I have exploded from under 140 lbs. to almost 190 lbs. Have not been able to return to 140 lbs. using Keto, maybe due to my lack of portion control. 🤣

    Started going back to basics, calculated my ideal weight and it turns out, I had fat reserves to last almost 90 days.
